A Voice for All Labor

The United Labor of America is a fresh, independent labor organization founded to stand up for every American worker — white-collar and blue-collar. We fight for workers’ rights, a living wage, affordable healthcare, and equal rights for all people regardless of color, race, sex, or income. We support human rights.

We believe corporations can make money — but not all the money. Profits should be shared with the employees who create them, and prices cut for consumers rather than funneled to Wall Street shareholders.

We are a private LLC small business that pays taxes — not a non-profit. Fully transparent: all accounting available to the public quarterly.

The ULA Platform

Concrete policy positions that put workers first — always.

$20 Federal Living Wage

A $20/hr federal minimum with automatic cost-of-living increases — for every worker, no exceptions.

4-Day, 36-Hour Workweek

Fewer hours without reduced pay. Workers deserve time for family, health, and life outside of work.

Equal Pay, Part & Full Time

Same hourly rate and full benefits for part-time employees — same work, same pay.

Retire at 60 w/ Medicare

Lower the retirement age to 60 with full Medicare benefits. Workers who built America deserve to rest.

No Tax on Social Security

Americans who worked their whole lives shouldn’t be taxed on benefits they earned.

Worker & Environmental Safety

Environmental protections and job safety standards for every worker in every industry.

Food Service Living Wage

Food service workers paid a living wage first — tips are a bonus, not a substitute for fair pay.

Global Living Wage

Countries that don’t pay living wages face tariffs to level the playing field for American workers.

Veterans Jobs & Training

Dedicated job listings, training programs, and career resources for those who served.

Immigration Worker Support

Supporting immigration workers who have a sponsor providing food, healthcare, and shelter for their family.

Paid Vacation Rights

One week paid vacation after year one, plus an additional week for every 5 years with the same employer.

Small Business Work Comp

Tax deduction for workers’ comp insurance for small businesses — protecting workers without crushing owners.

Pro-Labor Accountability

How Does Your Congressman Score?

ULA supports politicians who stand with workers and calls out those who don’t. See the AFL-CIO Congressional Scorecard to find out how your representatives vote on pro-labor legislation.
